3. Build, Configure, and Test
I build, configure, and test your custom Lead Intake System inside your account so it’s working the way it should before you see it.

4. Walkthrough and Review Period

We meet via Zoom to walk through the system together so you can see exactly how it works. You’ll receive a recording of the session for future reference. You’ll then have a 7-day review period to use it and let me know if any small refinements are needed within the agreed scope.

5. Final Handoff

After the review period, we meet briefly via Zoom to confirm everything is working as designed. At that point, the system is fully handed off and the project is complete.
